Candidate Assistance

Without good candidates we cannot service our clients. Unless you as candidates relate all relevant aspects of your background in a well presented manner a prospective employer may not appreciate how good you are, and you may not even get an interview. If you get an interview, but do not communicate and present yourself well you will not get the job offer, even if you are the most qualified candidate.

For this reason it is in our interest to coach and advise our candidates to make sure that:

1) All relevant experience, knowledge and skills are considered and well presented in the CV. Often candidates do not think of past experiences that might be of interest to potential employers. The resume is the candidate's first opportunity to impress a potential employer.

2) The candidate prepares for the interview. Apart from being able to relate and emphasise important aspects of the resume, it is necessary to do research on the company. We will also help the candidate with information on the role, the company and other factors that may be relevant.

3) The employment process can be difficult and frustrating. Hopefully we can help you first time around. In the worst case however you will form part of our database, so that next time we are searching for someone with your profile we can identify you without delay and provided you are interested in the role present you quickly to our client.
